Refund Policy

Rossette Grand Vacations & Resorts Pvt Ltd gives right to everyone to cancel their Membership.

  • In case of any valid point of dissatisfaction,The member can cancel their membership within 7 days of availing their first holiday by writing to us at [email protected].
  • Refund will be processed within 45 working days after deducting administration charges, ASF or Booking amount and GST.
  • This refund policy will not be applicable for premium business membership.

**If the payment is made by Credit Card or Net Banking, we shall reverse the credit or credit the net banking account of the customer. Refund can get delayed due to public holidays and Sundays.
